Are you also the manufacturer of products available on your Order Handling Platform

No, Healeasy Services is only managing the online Order Handling Platform for Seller, Manufacturers or Companies or Traders to list their products on our Order Handling Platform for sale yet be in direct contact with the buyers, You will receive your user name and password directly from the company you buy product from to access our Order Handling Platform.

Do I need a prescription, other documents to buy/ import products from you?

Yes you will need a prescription, necessary valid documents to register yourself with the Seller, Manufacturers or Companies or Traders you buy/ import from before they provide you your user name and password to access our Order Handling Platform. However certain general lifestyle products do not require prescription. While you seek guidance from our customer care on same, it is your responsibility to comply with all local laws of the jurisdiction you live or are ordering to possess or consume these products.

Do you deliver orders to PO Box address?

Yes our Seller, Manufacturers or Companies or Traders can deliver to PO Box Address.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

You should track the item as per the information given to you. Should the item not be delivered at all, please send an email to the Seller, Manufacturers or Companies or Traders you registered with or bought the product from and they shall do the necessary. You are requested to allow for sufficient time as there can be delays in the postal system at times due to jurisdictions involved.
