The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our Order Handling Platform. The use of this Order Handling Platform is subject to the following terms of use:

Healeasy Services Pte Ltd is not a party to any trade and/ or transaction between users, sellers or buyers. Products listed on our Order Handling Platform belong to respective Seller who utilize Healeasy Services to manage their platform to trade their products. You will receive your user name and password directly from the Seller you are buying the product to complete the transaction on this Order Handling Platform. Healeasy Services Pte Ltd is not responsible for your trade or products or contents therein which you buy using this Order Handling Platform as Healeasy Services is not the manufacturer and also not the Seller of products listed on the Order Handling Platform. Healeasy Services is only managing a platform for the Seller, Companies/ Manufacturers to trade their products using our platform. Contract of sale is strictly between Sellers and Buyers of respective products. Healeasy Services is not a party to any dealings and/ or contract between Seller and or buyer or users and deny any obligations towards the contract between Seller or Buyer or users.
All trademarks reproduced in this Order Handling Platform which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the Order Handling Platform.
Unauthorised use of this Order Handling Platform may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
From time to time this Order Handling Platform may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
Use of this Order Handling Platform and any dispute arising out of such use of the Order Handling Platform is subject to the laws of Singapore or Place of Registration/ Jurisdiction of Seller of goods. By using this Order Handling Platform you agree and have no legal right to pursue any claims and disputes relating to your trade, buying / selling of products or any issues relating to products listed on transacted on this Order Handling Platform.

This Order Handling Platform is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Healeasy Services makes no representations or warranties in relation to this Order Handling Platform or the information, products and materials provided on this Order Handling Platform.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Healeasy Services does not warrant that:
• this Order Handling Platform will be constantly available, or available at all; or
• the information on this Order Handling Platform is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.

Limitations of liability
Healeasy Services shall not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this Order Handling Platform:

You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Order Handling Platform. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Order Handling Platform, your use of the Order Handling Platform, your connection to the Order Handling Platform, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
Customs Clearance
We regret we cannot guarantee customs clearance in any country. Please check your latest customs regulations before placing an order. You should be in possession of valid documents, doctor’s prescription prior ordering any products on this Order Handling Platform and should have been advised by your Doctor or Medical Professionals to order, use, possess and consume these products.
Applicable Law
Our Customers, Sellers using this Order Handling Platform will have full access to the Order Handling Platform to manage their own products listed on our Order Handling Platform. We make no representation that the Content in the Order Handling Platform is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Order Handling Platform from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to the Order Handling Platform, the services provided through the Order Handling Platform or the Content shall be governed by the internal laws of the Singapore or Place of Registration/ Jurisdiction of Seller of goods. Shipping policy
Company you are buying from are responsible for shipping your products. Orders will be sent either via Registered Post or Courier ( EMS) as per your preference or specified in your order at an applicable cost. Your local postman should deliver the package at your door step or leave a notice in case you are not at home, always subject to the practices and policies of your local post office or courier service. Seller or buyer or users should have clear agreement on payment, delivery etc of the products as Healeasy Services is not a party to the same unless products are sold by Healwasy Services Pte Ltd.
Delivery sometimes can take a little longer because of the delay at customs, which doesn't depend on our delivery service. That's why we can't guarantee, that you will receive your order in time. The package may be also delivered earlier. Sellers using our platform confirm that all products listed by them on our Order Handling Platform are readily available to be shipped to you immediately. Sellers using our Order Handling Platform endeavour to process all orders within 7 working days of irreversible receipt of funds in our account, subject to local holidays. You should receive a notification from the Company/ Seller you bought the products from that your order has been processed. Please allow for sufficient time for funds to be in our account depending on the payment gateway/ method you use.
Please contact the Company/ Seller you bought your product from should you have any queries or experience delays or do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch.
Use of cookies
In order to improve our service we need to collect browsing information.
